Abuse reporting

Report harmful or unwanted email.

If a message sent from a ReplyLayer-managed address appears abusive, report it to abuse@replylayer.ai. A human reviews these reports. ReplyLayer is not intended for bulk marketing or unsolicited outreach.

What to report

  • Unsolicited or bulk email
  • Phishing, impersonation, or fraud
  • Malware or unsafe links
  • Harassment or other illegal use

What to include

  • The complete message headers, including Message-ID
  • The sending address and the recipient address
  • The date and time the message was received
  • A short explanation of why the message is abusive

Preserve the original message

Forwarding a screenshot is usually not enough to trace a send. Forward the message as an attachment, export the original, or paste its full headers. Do not send passwords, API keys, or unrelated private correspondence. You can review the prohibited-use categories in our Acceptable Use Policy.
